I have the pleasure of working with Sarah Grainger on a regular basis, as we hired her as our designated landscape designer, gardener & stylist for Hotel Bellwether, a premier luxury waterfront property. I can’t recommend her enough!

From the very first interaction, Sarah was a dream to work with – incredibly professional, easygoing and attentive to our needs. Not only is she knowledgeable about all things gardening, but her creative approach and attention to detail really brought our outdoor grounds to life in a way that was better than we could have imagined. We also hired Sarah to take care of our indoor plants throughout the hotel, which is a task in itself as we have a variety of species that require a customized care plan. Sarah also worked with our hotel owners to design, create and bring to life a breathtaking floral & plant arrangement to welcome our guests in our lobby.  It is a piece of art combining orchids, dried mushrooms, rocks, moss, tree branches and truly makes a memorable first impression to our clients.

Lastly, Sarah is a hospitality ambassador and like an extended team member of our hotel. She welcomes our guests when on property, answers questions they may have and provides above and beyond customer service. One afternoon a client was enjoying their outdoor patio of their guest room and Sarah asked her if she’d like some fresh flowers for her room. The guest was delighted and Sarah cut some fresh hydrangeas and put in a vase for her to enjoy during her stay with us.
