Estate Grounds Restoration for Market Preparation

At the request of Krista Kenner of Compass Real Estate, we were brought in to restore the grounds of 615 Bayside in preparation for market.

The residence, designed by George Bartholick, was originally complemented by a thoughtfully curated landscape featuring rare plant specimens and layered plantings designed to deliver year-round color, texture, and visual continuity.

Our role was to elevate the existing landscape with precision, ensuring the exterior environment reflected the same level of sophistication as the home itself.

While the property had an exceptional foundation, the landscape had evolved beyond its intended form, diminishing its overall impact.

The opportunity was not to redesign, but to restore clarity, intention, and balance.

Mature shrubs that had lost structure and definition
Maple trees requiring selective, structural pruning
Garden pathways obscured by overgrowth
Signature elements, including established perennials and a distinctive fern wall, no longer clearly visible
